Your data
What Tamo keeps about you, how long, where you can see it, and how to delete it.
Your memories, conversation, routines, keys, files, tools and activity are kept apart from everyone else’s. Nobody else’s Tamo can reach them.
What’s kept, and for how long
| What | Kept |
|---|---|
| Memories | Until you or Tamo delete them |
| Your conversation with Tamo | With your account, so Tamo can pick up where you left off |
| Files you send | Until removed |
| Photos you send | 30 days |
| Voice messages | Only the text Tamo heard; the recording isn’t kept |
| API keys | Encrypted, until you delete them. Never shown again, to anyone. |
| Activity (what Tamo did) | 30 days |
| Browser logins | In your own Tamo browser, until you sign out there or ask Tamo to |
Seeing and deleting it
- Ask Tamo what it knows about you, or tell it to forget something.
- The dashboard shows your memories, routines, trusted sites, keys, connections and activity, and lets you delete each of them.

There’s no button yet to delete everything at once. Email hello@heytamo.com with your Telegram username, and all of it is deleted.
Passwords
Tamo never sees your passwords: you type them yourself into its browser (how), and keys go into a private form.
