Memory in your other AI tools
Connect Tamo's memory to Claude, Claude Code, Cursor or any MCP app, so they know what Tamo knows about you and can save what's worth keeping.
Tamo’s memory is available as an MCP server. Connect it to the AI tools you use, and they can look up what Tamo already knows about you (your projects, your preferences, the services you use) instead of asking again, and save what’s worth keeping for Tamo too.
The address
https://mcp.heytamo.com/mcp
Add it as a remote MCP server in your app. There’s no key to paste: you sign in with your Tamo account.
- Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http tamo https://mcp.heytamo.com/mcp, then run/mcpin Claude Code to sign in. - Claude (claude.ai and the desktop app): add a custom connector with the address above.
- Cursor and other apps: add a remote (HTTP) MCP server with the address above.
Signing in
Your app opens a page on app.heytamo.com. If you aren’t signed in there, sign in with Telegram first. Then Tamo asks:
Let Claude Code use your Tamo memory? It will read, add and delete what Tamo remembers about you. Tamo reads these before answering you, so only allow agents you trust.
Tap Allow and you’re taken back to your app. Only allow it if you just started connecting that app yourself.
What a connected app can do
Three things, and nothing else:
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
memory_search |
Search what Tamo remembers about you, best matches first, or list the latest. |
memory_save |
Save one lasting fact, with 1 to 3 tags. It’s labelled with the app’s name. |
memory_delete |
Delete a memory that’s wrong or outdated, or that you asked to forget. |
A connected app can’t see your keys, chats, reminders or anything else in Tamo. All your connected apps together can save up to 50 memories a day.
Because Tamo reads your memory before answering you, an app you connect can change what Tamo knows. Only connect apps you trust, and the dashboard shows which app saved each memory.
Disconnecting
Connected apps are listed in the dashboard’s settings, with when each was connected and last used. Disconnect cuts an app off at once. To use it again, connect and allow it again.
