# The dashboard

> Everything Tamo keeps for you in one place, at app.heytamo.com. Memories, routines, trusted sites, keys, connections and what it did.

Web page: https://heytamo.com/docs/dashboard/

The dashboard shows what Tamo keeps for you, and lets you change it. Open it at
[app.heytamo.com](https://app.heytamo.com) and sign in with Telegram, or send `/dashboard`
in the chat and tap **Open dashboard** to open it inside Telegram.

The dashboard is for looking after Tamo. Talking to it stays in Telegram.

## What's there

- **Memory.** Everything Tamo remembers about you. Search, edit, add and delete. Each memory
shows when it was saved, and which app saved it if one of your
  [connected AI tools](https://heytamo.com/docs/memory-mcp/) did.
- **Routines.** Your reminders, watches, follow-ups and check-ins: what each does, when it
runs next, and how its last run went. Pause and resume repeating ones, delete any.
- **Activity.** What Tamo did for you over the last 30 days: each task, the steps it took and
the sites it used, the questions it asked you and how you answered, and what your routines did.
- **Settings.**
  - **Trusted sites** you've allowed. Remove one and Tamo asks again before using it, even
if you named it in an older message.
  - **Keys** you've given Tamo: name, the site each is for, when it was added and last used.
Delete only; values are never shown.
  - **Tools Tamo made** for things you ask for often, and **services you've connected**, with
what each can read and change.
  - **Connected apps** using your memory, with a **Disconnect** button for each.
- **Usage.** How much of your limits you've used.
